Hannah Herman-Snyder


Ms. Herman-Snyder focuses her practice on family law, including but not limited to custody, divorce, adoption, support, and alimony. She has focused her practice on family law since 2004, after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carol L. Van Horn in Franklin County, Pennsylvania for a year. She is also experienced in the area of guardianship work as it applies to the elderly and other individuals requiring the appointment of a guardian. Additionally, Ms. Herman-Snyder has been the Assistant Solicitor for Franklin County, Pennsylvania since 2006, working with the different human service agencies, assisting with Right to Know requests, and serving on an Elder Abuse task force.

Ms. Herman-Snyder is currently a member of Cumberland County, Franklin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She previously served as secretary for the Young Lawyers Division of the Franklin County Bar Association and is currently serving as secretary of the Pro Bono Section of the Cumberland County Bar Association. She also previously served as the secretary for the non-profit, New Visions, for a three year term.

Ms. Herman-Snyder completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University and received her law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2003.

Ms. Herman-Snyder and her family currently reside in Cumberland County.
